You would be amazed the amount of lead just sitting there. After shooting at the sheriff's dept range all day, Inwould spend the last hour of daylight digging through the berms with whoever I was with (after picking up brass) and we would usually get bout a 4 gallon bucket full of dirty lead.
I sent a bunch of the nicer recovered jacketed and plated ones to KEF once and he cleaned them up and ran them through his swage equipment and they looked brand new. Most are all buggered to fxck though.
