I seem to have more going in than coming out.

So I did the logical thing and ate some corn and it appeared some 8 or so (overnight basically) hours later. Prior to this obvious test I tried some overnight laxatives with varying results and it just seems like there's not as much coming out as going in. I dramatically upped my water intake over the past couple months or so, I buy cases of water and I drink 6 or 7 16oz ers a day. I had been under a great deal of stress which is finally starting to finally wear off. Anything else I should be doing or not doing?
