THE SNUGBUS EXPRESS

Not really quality issues, but some QC issues...

unless they are doing it on purpose(and I doubt it), I have gotten 2 different upper kits from PSA that had the bolt carrier group put together incorrectly so the firing pin retaining pin was installed IN FRONT of the firing pin shoulder. The only reason the firing pin didn't fall out was dried oil/grease keeping it stuck in place...

I built my brother and Dad a pair of PSA M4geries for Christmas a few years ago and when we finally got my brother's gun out to the range, it wouldn't fire. I took the BCG out and found the firing pin retaining pin installed wrong. Once I put it back together the right way, the gun ran fine.

Come to think of it, Dad hasn't shot his gun yet-I need to take a look at it and make sure it isn't put together the same way....
