Growing up in Wisconsin -- a big dairy state -- there was a law back then that margarine could only be sold in white blocks. The consumer had to mix the provided dye pack into it to make it yellow and look like butter. I grew up eating margarine and Miracle Whip. Now I eat butter and Dukes. Life is tastes better.
