according to their info we paid more per kWh or daily cost breakdown last month, but this new bill is twice the amount. yeah, i know $70 isn't a lot, but its just the double in cost that has me scratching my head. I guess we'll find out monday when i call. we did get a letter last week detailing some sort of % increase, but the highest bracket was 11% increase for like 0.053% of their customers. my thoughts are that we actually overpaid prior to last month which would reflect the $38 bill, but I don't see any info to support that theory. hell, at least its not $360 like it was a few months ago
