In this pic are to ponces. Each is about 3lb.
On the left is a pig stomach stuffed with pork sausage meat and spices while the one of the right is stuffed with ground pork, cheddar cheese and jalapenos.
They were roasted in a big cast iron dutch oven covered halfway with chicken stock with celery and onions. The pan liquids were used to make gravy.
They tasted somewhat like a summer sausage.
